Hi HT,
Thank you and appreciate your reply.
I checked in the Credit Memo itself and also in table RSEG already and I saw that there is no block on this document.
I tried to do reversal in MIR7 and there is an error message "Price too high (tolerance limit exceeded)".
Any advice on how I can proceed next ?
