[sap-log-pp] Confirmation using the T code CO12 not happening with Back flush

Dear PP gurus
We are facing a problem in doing *confirmation using the T code CO12.*
Usually we use CO11N for doing the confirmation individually and all
the background processes like *Auto Goods Issue ( Back flush)* will happen
in
the background without any fail.But while we are using the *Collective
confirmation using CO12 these background processes are not occurring* and
we have to do it manually and its a tedious job.
Anyone pls help us regarding the above issue
