[sap-hr] Reg the error message...when trying to capture data for nightsfift

When we are trying to capture the employees nightshift(casual) details the error we are getting is as "Please enter correct time type"
Hi Guru's
i have checked the time type and it as ZXX01 as per the CATS components configured.
data enetered is as follows:
Begin date : 22.02.2010 to 21.03.2010
PERNR : XXXX
TIME TYPE: ZXX01
Date: 21.03.2010
Hours : 1.00
but still getting the error as "please enter correct time type" i
is there anything wrong wit the hours format ?
