Depending upon the change made, you can also try VA05 - list of sales orders. After you input your sales order critera and click "enter", you'll see the option "Edit -> Mass Change - > New plant/ New material/ New pricing / New currency".
I sometimes use tcode MASS with object type BUS2032 (Sales orders) to make updates to a large number of customer orders.
