Hi,
There won't be any such standard setting for automatic default of PO Header Text in accordance with PO document type. However, if such text shall only be required to be affixed to your PO smartform, then you can define such customized text via SO10 and customize your PO print-out program to attach it to your PO smartform when sending it out to your vendor.
