Hi,

By defining (via transaction OMD9) and assigning the special procurement key ''Stock Transfer from alternative plant'' (standard key 40) to your material item in Plant 4400 (Ordering Plant), any MRP run at Plant 4400 will generate automatically the stock transfer requisition to Issuing Plant (4200). Through the further setting of MRP Type via Transaction OMDQ where ''2'' is defined in the ''Include External Requirements'' field and the ''Purch. req. release'' indicator checkbox is flagged and assignment of this MRP Type to the material at the Issuing Plant (4200), another MRP run at 4200 Plant will take the schedule line of the stock transport requisition from 4400 Plant into account.

Cheers,
HT

> We have two plants ( 4400 ) is giving mrp generated schedule lines to other plant ( 4200 ). When MRP is run ( MDBT) by 4200 plant, schedule lines from 4400 should be taken as input. Benefits : Integration between 4400 & 4200, Time saving, better planning.
