Hi Ravi,



You can't do this from within SAP. You have to check the printer and make
sure the printer is switched on and check the print server to see if the
printer is connected and online.

Hi
The print queue status is displayed as "Offline" on a Windows Server
how can I make it online status or ready status?

Please let me know what could the reasons for this

Status: Problem (Error in host spool system)
Job status: Waiting in host spooler
Area: R/3 spool
Error: Error in host spool sys.
Info: Warning: Device offline
