Just a note on IBAN, refer to the link below which provides the length of IBAN number for countries.

There are two records in this table for Greece.

CONVERT_BANK_ACCOUNT_2_IBAN_GR

CONVERT_IBAN_2_BANK_ACCOUNT_GR



Are those the records you are speaking of?
