[sap-log-pp] Full access to SPRO transactions

Dear group,
I'm looking to give access to my developers to the transactions that are called from SPRO.
I can't really give them S_TCODE * because then i'll have issues with our Auditors, so i'm looking to see if someone of you have a solution that will work for me. My developer don't want to send me each transaction that they can't access and adding transactions one-by-one I don't think is very productive.
I saw already several replies in this group but the solution presented didn't worked, so far.
Please let me know how did you resolved this issue.
