[sap-log-mm] Surcharge condition with no impact on landed cost/material cost

Hi,
I would like to set-up a condition in the PO, where it will not be included in the MAP but to a GL account..
for example:
Dr: Inventory 100
Dr: Service/New GL 10
Cr: GRIR 110
The condition is a precentage of the PO price, hence I need to include it in the PO.
I tried to make the condition an accrual condition , but the output is not what I wanted:
Dr: Inventory 110
GRIR: 100
Freight/New GL : 10
