RE:[sap-hr] Attaching Documents to Employee Records

To attach the documents follow the steps mentioned below:
In PA30 Click on button
1. Services for Objects button
2. Click on Attachemnt List
3. Click on Create attachments
4. Browse to the folder and attach the required file
I would like to know from experienced users, what is the effeect of attaching these type of several documents (assume 100 k each for each employee) for about 4000 employees. Need suggestions
