Have you checked the transport domain consistency in client 000 as user DDIC? You need to check both your QAS and the domain controller. This needs to be done in client 000.
Transport consistency can be checked in your working client.

Subject: QAS import queue status is closed after import
> Dear SAP-BASIS,

During and after the export/import of our PROD client into one of our QAS clients, I noticed that the import queue for QAS was "closed." Now that the import and post-processing (SCC7) have finished successfully, how do I re-open the QAS import queue?

I followed the instructions in the SAP Library, but clicking on the "lock" does not "open" the queue.

Thanks and regards,

cjperk92

ECC6
Oracle 10.2.0.1
HP-UX 11.23
