HI Venkat,

There could be two possible reasons.

The output file is not in the required format for uploading in the NSDL site.
www.tin-nsdl.com If this is the site you are referring to, read the FAQ and the File Validation utility in the site.

The other could be you have choosen wrong options while uploading in the NSDL website.
