Hi,

Sorry, ther is nothing about TESCM, in http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2005/helpdata/en/e1/8e51341a06084de10000009b38f83b/frameset.htm

TESCM is a new SAP module about the VAT management in the wold for International companies.

It's like INTRASTAT SAP management.
