Hi,
We have a situation where an order continues to show on VL10G even though all the goods have been shipped. The problem is that when the user created the delivery, not all line items on the order copied into the delivery. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, the user manually added the other items, thus there is no link back to the order on part of the line items. They have since shipped and invoiced the goods but the order does not show completed due to the line items are not tied to the delivery. Now, I'm left with the clean up job.
Can anyone offer advice on how I might proceed to clean up this situation so that the order will show complete and not appear on VL10G?
Thanks in advance!
Renee
