[sap-log-qm] Multiple results for a characteristic

I have created a characteristic called Pallet_num in order to record the pallet numbers that a composite sample was taken from. The samples from these 2 or 3 pallets will be mixed and analysed as one sample but I want to record the actual pallet numbers they were taken from say pallet 6 and pallet 12.
I believe I may need to create a new sampling procedure to handle this but I have not been able to find the combination that will allow mulitple results and I do not want the system to average the pallet numbers they need to be kept as seperate values.
Any ideas?
