[sap-hr] CATS Transfer to CO with employment status 0

Hi,
We are using the transfer to CO option 'All data records are summarized in one CO document' but we are having problems for example when an employee at the beginnig of the month register all records, but gets fire before the end of the month. When we execute the CATA o CAT7 trx in test mode we get an error for every record where the employee is with employment status 0, but when we execute them in real mode the CO document is created without errors. This is a problem because we are transfering postings that shouldnt be transfer.
I know we can use a report so we can identify this cases and analyse them carefully, but i was wondering if this is an SAP error or there is a configuration where we can solve this problem.
