Go into transaction RSPC and select the chain that is being double triggered. Right mouse click on the "Start" variant and select "Display All Job(s)". This will take you into an SM37 type of Job Overview dialog. BI_PROCESS_TRIGGER is a generic job name given for the "Start" variant of a process chain. If you see two of them in "Released" status, change one of them to "Scheduled" or "Delete" it if you are comfortable doing so. It appears that someone erroneusly set up the process chain twice and both instances are being triggered by the same event. I've seen this before. It is really not a BASIS issue, but usually requires a BASIS admin to figure out what happened.
