I'm not sure what it is about '6 seconds' or a job running twice, that
you were trying to show. I don't see this from your post; was your post
truncated maybe?
What I do see is: "NO_MORE_SPACE: Can not create MTE: no more space: no
more MESSAGE_CONTAINER slots available"
To resolve that I believe the monitor segment of the ccms agent must be
enlarged by using a profile parameter. See Note # 135503 for more info.
I believe you will have to unregister the CCMS agent, implement the
profile change and then re-register the agent.

We have this Process Chain which runs every other hour (1:00, 3:00,
5:00, 7:00, 9:00 and 11:00 EST) which is scheduled by multimple
scheduling. But one time, one PC run (eg. 11:00 EST) triggered twice
(just seconds in difference - 6 seconds).
Here is the job logs:
