The material should be the same in both company codes. In your example:
If the material # 1 in compny code AÂ is transferred to company code B.You should be able to receive this material in company Code B.Remember, the material number is at the client level and same number, the plant, and sales data should be created in company code B.
The plant # and sales organization can and are different than the one in company code A
