Hi,

I don't know how your system is installed, so I can't tell you where to find
the global.srvc file. In my installations the file is located in
E:\usr\sap\its\<INSTANCE>\services.
The file is in your file system, so just perform a file search. Shouldn't be
that tricky.

Hi Leh
I checked ITS services but did not find global.srvc file there.however many
.srvc files are present.
ITS instances > configuration > performance > global services/services
