[sap-hr] No validity interval for key 3,01,20

Hi ,
When we are hirring a person in R/3 and during the Infogroup when we are at the IT 2006 to create absence quota we get the error as mentioned in subject .In table T559D for valididty and deduction intervals ,the start and end date of validity interval is as date type Original date type and the duration is set to 999 years in the end date of validity interval .
Can you please advcie me as to why we get this type of error .How can i fix this . __.____._
