[sap-basis] Server move and now unable to connect to Portal.

Following the move of our Development and Quality Assurance servers yesterday, which involved a change in their IP addresses, everything appeared fine. The hosts files had been changed and I had checked the connections in SM59. Logging in to either system via the SAPGUI or Portal was working, including logging into the GUI from the servers. However, today the portal will not load and I am unable to log into the Visual Administrator, or Config. tool. Also, now when trying to log in via the GUI on the QAS server I am getting an error that there is no buffer space available. A similar error is displayed when trying to access the Visual Administrator. __.____._
