[sap-basis] Online backup job from SAP hang in Veritas

Hi all,
If someone has experience in working with the SAP backup (TxDB13) through Veritas because that is really weird what happens. The backup job reaches Veritas, move to stage 'Loading Media' and when in Veritas the job move in stage 'Running' , SAP host loses its connection to the network, and can be accessed only from the local console and the job on Veritas 'hang' on stage 'Running' and doing nothing.
More than that, after I connected to local console using <sid>adm user and I try to shutdown database in order to restart the server I received an error message:
BR0301W SQL error -1031 at location BrDbaConnect-2
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
BR0310W Connect to database instance LQS failed
After the Windows restarts, everything returns to normal.
I'm a little 'lost'.
For any eventuality, I run again the sapdba_rol.sql script, but the results were the same.
Any idea can be a help, because I have exhausted on mine.
