Hi
tks
what is the main purpose for client copy. I found some decription like that
" Client Copy tool allows you to copy selected components of an existing client to another
client. The target client can either be in the same R/3 system or in another R/3 system."
I think it can copy the user profile authorization and module from one client to another client , right?
and it always copy from development server to production server ?
any the setup and user guideline about that, tks very much
Regards,
Kevin

Hi
There are two ways of client copy ...
1. local client copy
2.Remote client copy
local client copy:- using t-code SCCL you have to select the profile like
SAP_ALL,SAP_APPL......
Remote client copy two methods 1. Remote client copy using RFC...
T-Code-scc9, 2. Clientexport/import (Transport)
tc---scc8,tc-scc7
Check the client copy logs t-code-scc3
