It's a simple LSMW, based on recording.
That's how we rezolved the problem.

Ravi,
You could create a easy Legacy Object to modifiy Orders (VA02) following these steps:
(0) Enter Order number and enter
(1) Select all positions
(2) Edit --> Fast Change Of ... --> Reason of rejection
(3) inform the "Reason of rejection" (Be sure that the reason of rejection you use is closing the order - Check its customizing)
(4) Save

We have more than 300 sales orders that are to be deleted and were not processed for delivery.
I was looking at Transaction MASS but it only shows for mass changes and not mass deletion.
Please let me know how to delete or cancell in mass.
