Question from sammy on Oct 31 at 3:46 PM We are looking into consigning stocks to our customers and our warehouse is far from the customers. I would like to know what would be the best strategy for situations where Customer A cannot use some of the consigned stocks to them and Customer B would like to get more of that stocks. Customer A and B are a few km apart. Logistically, it will be economical if the physical stocks will just be transferred to Customer B right away. However, I would like to know how can this transfer of stocks can be managed in the system. First idea come to mind is to create consignment pick up -> return delivery -> goods receipt then create consignment fill up to delivery for customer B. Having said that, there is a challenge on the policy that there should be a physical stocks received in order to create goods receipt. Is there other way to manage the transfer?
