Question from SAP2014 on Oct 3 at 1:19 PM I need to copy model wage types to fit scenario: when employees go out on LOA & return; we do not want the benefit deductions that have gone to arrears table to be taken out in a lump sum on the first check when the employee returns from LOA. We don't want employees to have their entire leave deduction for benefits to be taken from the first check back. We want to spread over a span of 3 to 4 pay periods. I need a deduction with balance set-up (advance and advance recovery). I need to be able to key in amount to be deducted per payperiod & tie IT0014. I need a wt to hold the advance to the employee; balance. This amount should equal what's in arrears table for the employee. And I need to clear the arrears.
I appreciate your expertise as to which model wage types I can copy to fit this scenario.
