I did not know how to mark this as answered without a reply, as I found the solution yesterday. You are correct on it being the work center factory calendar that was causing the issue. It was calling correctly, but skipping days for Holidays and moving to the next working day.

I have a maintenance plan that is set to call Daily work orders. it runs on an IP30 Batch job that calls it 21 days ahead. the issue is that randomly, it is not calling an order for one day, then calling two for the next. the calls in IP10 look correct and say they have called, however the basic start date is wrong. I can see no logical pattern in the "missed" calls.
Completion Requirement is not checked, there are no shift factors or offsets. I am not using a factory calendar or key date. pretty straightforward plan.
any ideas what could be causing this? I am stumped |
