Does the Work Center have any non-working days, e.g. holidays? That seems the most likely. Do you allow for overcapacity? Unlikely, but a thought. Test to see what happens when you try to manually create an Order on the missed date. If the Basic Start Date updates, you may see a message that says why. Regards, Tom

I can see no logical pattern in the "missed" calls. Completion Requirement is not checked, there are no shift factors or offsets. I am not using a factory calendar or key date. pretty straightforward plan. any ideas what could be causing this?
