Hi All
I'm having a problem in eCustomer. To be more exactly
i (or the user in the eCustomer) can create requests
Information, panflets, etc in ... SOLUTION

information about products or a Call back about
something by several channels (Fone, mail, direct
mail, etc)... Well my question is this.... where in
Siebel Client i can see those requests? I thougt it
was in responses but it doesn't show anything because
it needs campaign information.. i look too in
Activities...
Well where i can see the information that my customer
request by the eCustomer?
I need to send them what they request?
any help it will be great..
(if somebody knows the views names it will be better)
