after step 6, you news APPS will still try to connect to the old CI... you will need to adapt SAP profile parameters for your instances, or, they won't work

I have a SAP ABAP ERP6.0 System EHP7 + HANA Database which have one Central instance (lxsapci) and two app's (lxsap1 and lxsap2).
I want to change our hardware, so we have 3 new servers (new_lxsapci, new_lxsap1 and new_lxsap2).
The natural process will be:
1- Uninstall lxsap1
2- Uninstall lxsap2
3- Uninstall Central instance lxsapci
4- Install new central instance new_lxsapci
5- Install new_lxsap1
6- Install new_lxsap2
In order to reduce the downtime (time that users can not access to the system) I would like to know if it's possible
to do:
1- Uninstall lxsap1
2- Uninstall lxsap2
3- Install new_lxsap1
4- Install new_lxsap2
5- Uninstall Central instance lxsapci
6- Install new central instance new_lxsapci
By this way we only affect to the users in point 5 and 6. Is it possible this second stage?
