Reply from Kevin Tucholke on Jun 7 at 7:23 AM If you have set Comments Mandatory with Rejection in each stage you have Request Rejected selected and you are not getting the Popup, then I can only think of 2 issues?.
1. Popups are blocked in your browser for this particular URL (IE, Chrome, Firefox?.)
2. There is an issue I have not seen before and am not aware of from any other customers. I am implementing WF at my current client, and this is working appropriately in AC10.1 SP17.
Can you respond with your Version and SP? I am guessing from your original question, you are looking at the Access Request MSMP Process ID
