Reply from Bavan on May 4 at 10:31 AM Dear Tapas, There are few things you will need to check. 1. Is this a unix or windows print queue? 2. If unis print queue try to disable and enable print queue. Cmd: - lpstat -p(printer name) - disable or disable -c (printer name) 3. If windows print queue check the logs. At times it will need a restart. 4. Try to restart the printer. Regards, Bavan

Actually the issue is not with those T-code specifically as it happens with SAP standard T-code as well. There are no changes made from a long time everything is same as it was before. The issue is with the SPO work processors, sometimes it gets stuck and to free that work process I have to restart the whole system it happened earlier as well. So my question is I have 3 SPO WP so if one is stuck why can't it be processed by other 2 SPO work process as they are free. NOTE:- I also tried deleting some old spool request and ran the report RSPO0041 in SE38. Please revert back your help will be highly appreciated.
