In my case we have a company department that is a division in the segmentation. Since I did not set up a cost center for the department, I am unable to run a P&L for the department EXCLUDING all its cost centers. Brilliant computer programming on SAP's part! I'm entering our company budget in SAP for the first time and there is no way to get a budget report by cost center. Not a fan of SAP.

When in the GL viewer (fbl3n) if i specify a Cost center then it gives me ONLY the items attached to that cost center. If i do not specify a cost center it gives me EVERYTHING for that GL. I need a report that includes everything from a specific cost center and everything that has no cost center specified. another way of saying it is i need all but one cost center omitted and still need all the items that have no cost center associated with it. is there a way to do that in the dynamic selection where i can specify the cost center i need and specify anything that doesn't have a cost center at all to be displayed. |
