Our systems is in Windows platform.
And, I have tried to restart the printer but the issue still exist.
I don't this there is any issue with the printer because I am able to print if I log in through my other application instance it is working fine.
I think the actual issue is with the SPO work processor as it is going on hold or waiting sometimes and doesn't release the workprocess until I restart the whole Application instance, and also I am not sure why the other SPO processes can't do it instead as I have 3 SPO wp configured.
