With 1K unique users, but in multiple five tier landscapes, numerous with projects going on and on, redesigns of authorization concepts... you will not manage that with 3 resources.

How many SAP security staff members should a company of 4,000 employees (and growing), with over 1 billion in sales have?
We are new to SAP and our consultant is rolling off. With upgrades, new projects, new and terminated employees the three of us are pretty busy, soon to be two.
