Hello
first of all you should discuss with your customer what they need in reporting.
Usually in Italy it is necessary to have specific reports related to the revaluations per year/law.
To obtain this you should create more than one depreciation area, i.e.:
01 APC + rev 2015 / 2016 / 2017
04 APC
05 APC + rev 2015
06 APC + rev 2015 / 2016
07 APC + rev 2015 / 2016 / 2017
The reporting for specific revaluations should be obtained via calculated depreciation areas. I.e.
05 - 04 = rev 2015
06 - 05 = rev. 2016
07 - 06 = rev. 2017
If you created this schema, the AS91 will be more complex, but you will have the possibility to load specific value in specific areas.
This is only an example, as said please discuss with your customer what they need exactly.
Regards
Rocco

Subject: SAP revaluation of Assets values from legacy system

Hi,
I am working on a Roll Out Project from Hollande to Italy, FI AA CO.

I use AS91 to transfer legacy assets to SAP; It'snt difficult.

But some assets bought in 2013 (depreciation 5 Y) have been reevaluated in 2015 by 500 Euros each.

How to include the revaluation values (APC + Depreciation 2015 / 2016 / 2017 ) in AS91 or I have to use another procedure?

Is it right, if the end of the depreciation in legal area is 2018, then the end of the depreciation of revaluation is also 2018 (# 3 years) ?

Thanks

Didier
