As Mandgi said, it is possible the rule <B27 has been deleted.
I would suggest following further steps:
a)In PE01 txn, display the schema and check if the schema is correct (there is a button to check). This can tell you if the schema is looking for rule <B27. Please note this check gives you the first error only, but not all the errors. After correcting the first one, you'd need to check again in PE01
b)Then run the time eval with log display, then check which step has failed. If you can analyze the error, well and good. Else post these details, so that we can assist you.
