[sap-log-sd] New Field For Pricing on VBKD segment does not automatically trigger upon New PRicing

Question from eschwarz on Mar 29 at 5:32 PM
1) Created new field (FIELD1) on the VBKD business segment record.
2) Added field to Additional Data B tab (Header and Item) for input.
3) Added field to pricing communication structures KOMG and KOMK
4) Added logic to populate KOMK in Prepare_Pricing Exit
5) Added logic to set New_Pricing trigger when the value is changed.
6) Created Table / Access Seq / Condition using the new FIELD1.

So far all seems to be working fine.
When FIELD1 value is entered, the logic (in debug mode) seems to set the New_pricing value (in our case its "C").
When Conditions tab is reviewed the condition type is not found.
In Analysis, it seems to have been found, but the message is "Condition is Found, but it is no set".
I know this usually occurs when a condition has been created after the initial execution of the pricing logic (but in this example, that is not the case).
Using the manual Update button at this point has no effect,
If the order is saved, opened in VA02 and then repriced. The condition is applied successfully.

Any ideas as to why the any repricing option in the initial repricing, during "create", will not trigger proper repricing?

Thank you
E Schwarz
