Looks like You are changing the value at Auth Object level instead of Organization Value update.
If you update the value at ORG value then it should not change. Still it is getting changed, then try to add the same object manually in the master role and push the changes to child role.
Then see one M_MSEG_LGO will be twice one will get updated with correct value. Other one you need to disable.

We have created one Role as a Master and one as Derived.
We are maintaining one authorization on Master which get overwritten on Derived!
The Filed M_MSEG_LGO has to Maintain Different Value and Derived has to maintain different value.
MM_Master_Role
M_MSEG_LGO
>ACTVT = 01
>BWART = 261
>LGORT = *
>WERKS = 1002
MM_Derived_Role
M_MSEG_LGO
>ACTVT = 01
>BWART = 261
>LGORT = *
>WERKS = 1001 (Changed Value)
But whenever we update the Master Role the values for Derived Role get changed!
