Reply from Dutch on Sep 26 at 9:26 PM Hi Paul, The scales on rebates are applied appropriately only when you settle. So on each invoice you may only accrue 1% (because an invoice would probably never be for more than 100,000 Euros), but when you settle the total invoice amount of the rebate is used and the scale value applied to that. It is important to ensure your rebate accrual amount is reflective of the expected settlement rate. So if, using above example, you expect the customer to achieve total sales of more than 150.000 Euros, I would accrue at 1.5%. Hope this makes sense. Regards, Dutch

For example if sales of 100,000 EUR rebate = 1 % If sales of 150,000 EUR then rebate = 1.5 % If sales of 300,000 EUR then rebate = 2% If sales of over 300, 000 then all the rates indicated above need to be applied for rebate amount to be calculated back to customer. | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
