I've got an issue.
For a configurable material (class 200), which is linked to a variant (class 300), I've created a sub material. This sub material has a classification view with characteristics.
One of these characteristics values I want to have displayed in the configurable materials view MRP 3 -> Configure variant -> Characteristic description value. Well it doesn't show the value. In the explanation it says:
No constraints exist that could infer anything for the selected characteristic.
In the classification of the sub material but ALSO in the classification value assignment of the material with class 300 is see (with transaction code CU50) that the value of the characteristic is displayed.
I don't get it: why doesn't it see the characteristics value of the submaterial in MRP3 view of the configurable material?
