Reply from navnelso on Apr 22 at 4:29 PM Hi Nikki, Thank you for responding to all the queries. There's another requirement. Is it possible to have 1:1 match. Documents from concur have multiple entries whereas in documents from HSBC has one document per line. Doc No. Doc Type Date Amount 190000123 ER 04/13/2016 -2509 190000444 EP 04/20/2016 842 190000555 EP 04/20/2016 870 190000666 EP 04/20/2016 797 - The document type ER from concur to SAP that contain different line items. - The documents type EP from HSBC to SAP that are the same transactions with in the document from concur to SAP. This should post a credit to clearing account. Reconciling would be easier for the AP team. Do let me know the possibility and would apperciate if you can suggest other possible ways of doing this. -- Naveen

The clearing account will be the point for the accounting team to reconcile all items still bending to be submitted under an expense report from concur. Couple of question: Do we need to create a new document type for documents that will be created from the feed received by HSBC? Will items drop from the clearing account once received from concur? Will any of these configuration affect anything within our current set up? Please let me know if you have any questions on what we are trying to accomplish. | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community.
