Reply from talharahil on Apr 22 at 3:00 AM Hi Madhav, Thank you for your suggestions but I already did these steps and as I mentioned I replicated the exact number ranges from the entry view. To be more detailed on this there are some document types using the same number ranges in entry view. Can this also be an issue? However I cannot change this as it's at client level. And also when I check the NR status in FBN1 it's showing the current number as intended but the NR status of FAGL_DOCNR is showing as 9*****99 always no matter I post N number of entries. Please suggest. Thank you. Regards, Rahil.

Please note that the number range values can be maintained separately for general ledger view in FAGL_DOCNR. Follow the path this way :- For Document Type. SPRO -- Financial Accounting New -- Financial Accounting Global Settings New -- Document -- Document Types -- Define Doc type for general Ledger View For Number Ranges. SPRO -- Financial Accounting New -- Financial Accounting Global Settings New -- Document -- Document Number ranges -- Define document number ranges for general ledger view ( FAGL_DOCNR ).
