Hi,

I have a scenario where the client has a specific absence quota of 6 hours which gets allocated to the employee on 26th of every month and is valid up to the 25th of the following month. The quota is generated through time evaluation.

I have set the Validity from and validity to period in customizing as 26 days from start of payroll period and 25 days from end of payroll period

e.g. if the quota of 6 hrs is allocated on 26th Jan. it will be valid from (26th jan-25th Feb)

The quota also has to be allocated to an employee at the time of joining. which means, with the current configuration, if an employee joins on 15th of Jan, he gets a quota of 6 hrs allotted on 15th Jan (with validity 26th jan - 25th Feb - which is incorrect; it should be 15th Jan to 26th Jan) and another quota of 6 hrs will be added on 26th Jan (with validity 26th Jan -25th Feb). How do I address mid month joinees quota allocation with correct validity periods?
