Thanks for the quick response Sharad..

I just found an on-account payment for 100.00 that was referenced to one of the invoices I was trying to pay in full so it pulled it in. Can we stop this from happening through a user exit?

Also in the alternative are there any related credit debit memos that system
might be trying to include in the clearing process and throwing the balance
out?
