Dear Expert,
After a requester has submitted a leave request, an email notification would be sent to the approver, informing him to access the Enterprise Portal (EP) to access the task list for approval.
We have implemented the setting : When the payroll period is locked for payroll processing, the approver cannot approve the leave request (in the current payroll period) so that the payroll detailed would not be affected.
The problem occur when the approver access the EP and attempt to approve the request, which ends up approval cannot be made because the payroll is locked.
Is there a way to check the leave request so that if the leave request fall into current payroll period, not to send notification to the approver?
Or is there any workaround to improve the approval proces |
