When you do Returns to vendor. The expectation is that the stocks is on hand.
Please check the plant via tcode: MD04 put the stock and plant. If there is 0 value then you will not be able to process your returns to vendor.

Once I have done the PO with return delivery indicator and next while I am doing the MIGO (GR) for the same PO, it will fetch 161 movement type automatically. Getting the error " Stock not available in warehouse".
