Question from shruthi on Dec 15 at 9:41 PM This report is required to analyse the rejections of goods purchased from vendors in a selected period of time.
The rejection report along with other reports like the Cost down report & Purchasing Result will help the management to analyse the Vendor's performance in terms of Price, Quality & promptness in delivery of materials.
The programming logic:
Selection screen should contain Plant, Vendor & period (both select options).
Default period last month (From 1st of previous month to last day 30 / 31st of the previous month). Default Vendor should be Blank. Default Plant the place where the report is run (Can provide Variant).
Period should be MANDATORY.
Processing steps -
For each plant, select all the materials belonging to the plant from MARC.
Enter the material no in MSEG with movement type 122 or for the period selected. You will get a list of all Material document numbers (MBLNR) for the rejections (movement type 122) for the selected period.
For each MBLNR, get all the details like PO No, St Location, Qty rejected, and Amount & Reason for rejection from MSEG.
For each MBLNR, get date of rejection (Posting date) from MKPF.
Do not consider for reason of rejection 0005 ( Input mistake) & 0006 ( Shortage qty)
